GENERouS AND GouRMET CooKING
Because we like to eat well, we’ve created a menu that’s just like us. The Chef adapts his menu to the seasons and the market. He loves and knows how to cook local specialities as well as international flavours.
Meat, fish, vegetarian dishes: we’ve thought of something for everyone, to satisfy your tastes and your eating habits.
And of course, everything is homemade, even the French fries, with potatoes lovingly peeled every morning by the kitchen brigade!

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, a colourful wine list, fresh, vitamin-packed smoothies, local and international beers… a complete range to suit all tastes, ages and tastes!
To be enjoyed without moderation (except for the alcohol), sitting in the sand or comfortably installed on our armchairs and Chilean chair, overlooking the beach and the ocean.

His sporting career has given him a sense of teamwork and sharing, as well as a fighting spirit and hard work. From his experience in the restaurant trade, he has retained a sense of organisation and customer care, as well as rigorous management. A winning combination!
CRystelle
With a career in marketing and communications in the luxury goods industry, she knows how to apply her skills and acute organisational sense to the customer experience… all sprinkled with the indispensable feminine touch!
JéRôme
Jérôme has always been drawn to the waves of the ocean, particularly those of Capbreton and Hossegor, and since the creation of Terramar in 2018, the local DNA has come alive in the atmosphere and liveliness that are so special to this place.

Crystelle, Raphaël and Jérôme are at the helm of the TERRAMAR hut and will welcome you and share with you their values, their conviviality and their sense of sharing, which have made the TERRAMAR hut a real place where everyone loves to get together!
